SITIO’s residential tower project at Broad and Lombard Streets was recently featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer. Developed by The Goldenberg Group, this 43-story, 468-unit high-rise will offer cosmopolitan living with extensive amenities along the Avenue of the Arts. The tower incorporates the adaptive reuse of the adjacent historic mid-century Heath Care Center. Together both projects look to re-enliven and extend the southern boundary of such an important and vibrant corridor in Philadelphia.
