CONSTRUCTION KICKS OFF IN WEST PHILADELPHIA!

March 24, 2022 in architecture

Construction has started at 4519 Chestnut in West Philadelphia! Developed by EQT Exeter and constructed by Intech Construction, the 327-unit multi-family project share a city block with the stately West Catholic Preparatory High School.  The building block’s contemporary architecture establishes a dialogue with the school building by echoing its scale, color, and texture - as it creates a new public pocket park along Chestnut Street that serves both.  Located proximate to the transit hub at 46th and Market, this location affords residents a speedy connection to downtown Philadelphia and it’s the surrounding neighborhoods.
