CONSTRUCTION STARTS AT THE BOX FACTORY!

Construction has started at the Box Factory in Philly’s thriving Fishtown neighborhood! This 70-unit mixed-use project stands at the corner of North Front Street and Columbia Avenue, connecting physically and visually to the neighboring existing Box Lofts through a composition of brick volumes. The new building also has a shared, glassy ground floor entry pavilion that leads to a pocket-park courtyard garden, providing an oasis for the residents amongst its urban environment.
